By using the website or booking coaching or training with me, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our website.

The content on this website is for general information only and may be subject to change. I make every effort to keep information accurate and up to date but cannot guarantee this at all times.

You agree to use this site for lawful purposes only and not to disrupt or damage the website or interfere with its security.

  1. Bookings and Payments

All coaching and course bookings are subject to availability. Prices, dates, and formats may change and will be clearly communicated before you confirm your registration.

By booking coaching or a workshop with me:

You confirm that the details you provide are accurate

You agree to my stated payment terms

Your place is only confirmed once payment is received (unless otherwise arranged)

  1. Cancellations and Refunds

I understand that plans can change. My cancellation policy is as follows:

– Workshops – cancellation up to two weeks beforehand incurs a 50% fee; cancellation within the week before the workshop will not be refunded.

– Coaching – if you pay in advance for a block of coaching, missed sessions will not be refunded unless the session is rescheduled 48 hours beforehand; there may be exceptions due to illness or emergency.

– If we have not worked together before I ask for payment up front before sessions begin.

  1. Intellectual Property

All website text is the intellectual property of Watts Your Pathway.

You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any of our materials without prior written permission, except for your own personal use.

  1. Liability

I deliver my coaching and training and content with care, but I am not responsible for any outcomes or actions taken based on your interpretation of what I have said.

I am not liable for:

Any loss or damage incurred through use of this website or participation in my services,

technical issues, service interruptions, or third-party platform failures beyond my control
